We are focused on creating fresh & magical wedding content to inspire the industry and make dreams become reality. At Elevate & Educate, we are passionate about teaching others and helping them take their businesses to the next level! The biggest (and best!) part of our business is educating others and helping people create, grow, and inspire.
In addition to our community and educational aspects, Elevate & Educate leads fresh, content inspiring styled shoots over the state of Texas. We travel throughout the year to different cities putting together styled shoots for like-minded creatives. These shoots are open to photographers to attend and create the portfolio of their dreams!
We also have a community driven Facebook group! In this group creatives can connect with other vendors to put together their own styled shoot, ask questions & learn from others, show off their work, find local styled shoots, and more! This group is the core of our community and such a great space to interact.

Hi there! I’m Reed Gallagher, a Houston senior portrait + wedding photographer forever obsessed with queso, dogs, and anything tropical (especially the beach!). Most days you can find me cooking at home or secretly binge watching Netflix. I’m a dog lover, queso fanatic, and photographer.
I started my business when I was fifteen years old. It was the summer after my first year of high school and I was brand new to the photography world. Even without a drivers license (I got my business license first!), I was able to build a successful business from the ground up. I went from math tests and English essays to senior sessions and weddings and photographed my first solo wedding at just fifteen. I’ve traveled across the country reinvesting in myself by attending workshops and educational conferences to focus on growing my business, and I’m so thrilled to be able to help others grow their businesses too. I’m passionate about teaching others and seeing people take their businesses to the next level!

Hi friend! Thanks for stopping by! I'm Cameron, the Regional Executive for Elevate & Educate. I'm in charge of all the behind the scenes workflows and the on site styled shoot organization. I'll make sure every last detail is in the perfect place while running the day to day operations. I’m a wife of a loving husband, a mom of 2 joy-filled kids, and a lover of the creative and wedding industry.
When I’m not working, you can find me volunteering directly with children & ministry organizations around the city, trying new recipes in the kitchen, or curled up on the couch with a cup of hot chocolate watching This is Us. Most days you can also find me out on the tennis court! As I’m not a photographer, I bring a different aspect to the E&E team. I get to focus on creating a community for creatives to come together and express their talents. Organization and time management are right up my alley! I’ll be your biggest supporter and I can not wait to cheer you on!

Hey there! I’m Aly and I am so excited to meet you! I am a Texas Wedding Photographer and Private Editor based in Houston, Texas. I have been obsessed with weddings and photography ever since I was a little girl, so it was only natural to make a move into the wedding industry as a photographer. After years of working in sales, I decided to take my sales and communication skills over to a new market and having my own business as a wedding photographer.
Education has been a passion of mine from the beginning. I firmly believe that every business needs to be built on a solid foundation for it to build and be sustainable. That’s why when Reed asked me to be part of the E&E team, it was the easiest “YAAASSSS”!
